We are a family of team members dedicated to thriving and cultivating our love of skating while studying at Boston University. About BUFSC!
Established in 1974, we are an officially recognized US Figure Skating Collegiate Club. We just won our 9th Intercollegiate National Title in April 2026, and have achieved consecutive podium appearances in the last sixteen years. Our skaters excel in everything they do, from the ice to the classroom.
They dedicate their time throughout the academic year working toward both their personal and team goals.
We compete in all levels for both freestyle and solo ice dance in the Northeastern Collegiate Conference. Each year, we travel to three qualifying competitions in the hope of qualifying for and competing at the National Intercollegiate Team Championships.

“BU Extends Record Streak with 9th National Intercollegiate Final Title”
“Boston University emerged victorious once again, securing its ninth team title at the 2026 National Intercollegiate Final this past weekend at the Salt Lake City Sports Complex in Salt Lake City, Utah.
With its latest win, Boston University extends its lead for the most National Intercollegiate Final titles won by a single school. The Terriers have won seven of the last eight NIF titles.”
